STILL NOT SURE?

Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some questions that we get regularly....

What is digital marketing as opposed to traditional marketing?

Digital marketing is promoting your business online—through your website, Google, social media, or email. Traditional marketing is offline—things like newspapers, radio ads, flyers, or billboards. The big difference? With digital marketing, you can track what’s working and reach people exactly when they’re searching for your services and almost immediately.

Is digital marketing superior compared to traditional marketing?

They both have their place. But digital marketing is often more affordable and targeted—especially for small, local businesses. Instead of casting a wide net, you’re reaching the right people at the right time, whether that’s someone Googling a local tiler or checking out your website on their phone.

Do you only work with rural or regional businesses?

That’s our sweet spot, yeah. We focus on rural and regional businesses because I know the challenges and opportunities firsthand. But if you’re from town (or city) and reckon we’re a good fit, we'd be more than happy to chat.

Do you offer packages or custom quotes?

Both. We’ve got service packages for things like websites and SEO, but I also offer custom solutions if you’ve got something more specific in mind. We’ll chat, we’ll listen, and then quote based on what you actually need—no fluff.

What does the process look like when we work together?

We start with a discovery call to figure out if we can help with your specific problem. From there, if we're a good fit, we’ll create a plan or proposal. Once we kick off, you’ll get regular updates, plain-English explanations, and results you can understand. We aim to make it as smooth and clear as possible—no jargon.

Can I just get a website, or do I have to sign up for ongoing services?

You can absolutely just get a website. Some clients do that and come back later for SEO or marketing help. Others go all-in from the start. It’s flexible, depending on your goals and budget.

How long does it take to get results from SEO?

SEO isn’t overnight—it’s more like planting a crop. You can start seeing early results in 2–3 months, but solid growth usually shows by 6 months and keeps building from there. We’ll always be upfront about what to expect and how we’re tracking.

What platforms do you build websites on?

We build our websites (E-comm as well) on a platform called Go High Level, it's an all in one marketing platform making sure that everything is kept in one place to make it easy on everyone. But if you already have a website that you'd like updated and it's on another platform then we can definitely make things work because we have experience with most of the major website building platforms.

Will I be able to update my website myself after it’s built?

Yes, 100%. We’ll show you how to make basic edits, upload new photos, change text, or add blog posts. You won’t need to call us for every little change (but we're always here if you do need a hand).

Do you do traditional forms or marketing as well like signwriting?

No I don't, but I work very closely with Zac from In Line Signs. He's a signwriting business that serves Moree and North West NSW. If you're after a total rebrand from logos to business cards or maybe you're already established and want to lift up your tired shop front or have mobile advertising with some vehicle signage, In Line Signs is your one stop shop.
